Modifying file attributes under Windows NT/2000/XP/2003
Fullattrib is a handy commandline tool to set all of the attributes
Windows offers for files and directories.
It supports the new default and encryption flags since Windows 2000.
If you are running it on Windows 2000 or later, you can use the i
and e options for default and encryption.
As supposed it works only on Windows NT/2000/XP/2003.
Installer not included (just run it). Commandline help included.
